DISPATCH & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, unless placed over a weekend or on a public holiday - if this is the case, it will be dispatched on the next business day.
Lovell & Vie takes no responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or any subsequent couriers used by them. Any applicable return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
